How Upgrading Works
Your original ScreenConnect purchase provides for new releases and product support for one year (365 days) from the date of purchase. Upgrading ScreenConnect is essentially repurchasing, but with a credit from your original purchase. Credit can be applied to any equal or greater license purchase. The credit schedule is below:

| From 6 months (180 days) to 2 years (730 days) | 80% |
| From 2 years (730 days) to 3 years (1095 days) | 70% |
| From 3 years (1095 days) to 4 years (1460 days) | 60% |
| From 4 years (1460 days) to 5 years (1825 days) | 50% |
| From 5 years (1825 days) to 6 years (2190 days) | 40% |
| From 6 years (2190 days) to 7 years (2555 days) | 30% |
| From 7 years (2555 days) to 8 years (2920 days) | 20% |
| 8 years (2920 days) or more | 10% |
